I have lived in many places and traveled a lot and when I tried yoga for the first time I felt very much at home. Yoga since then become my philosophy of life and practice I try to live as much as I can on and off the mat.

Yoga asana practice to me is playful exploration of all the layers and aspects of life. Yoga is my liberation and self love. Being comfortable with uncomfortable and challenging self to grow.

I love to teach flowing Vinyasa as I find it like dynamic meditation, creative flow and I love to see students leave glowing and energized.
